If you are keen to give it a go turn up with:

 

  • trainers that don't mind getting wet
  • a windproof and waterproof jacket

 

If you have a lifejacket bring it, but if not the club has some.

This is because we encourage everyone beside the water's edge to wear a life jacket, not just those in the boat.

 

Prospective rowers should be able to swim 50 metres.
